Obituary for Mary Ann Jensen (Lamour)

Jensen, Mary Ann – On May 7th, 2014, Mary was called to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her family and the Golden Birches Terrace in Blind River. Mary was the daughter of the late Ada and Pierre Lamour and the loving companion of the late Torval “Toby” Jensen. She was the loving mother of Betty Verbeek (Dirk) of Blenheim, Stan Jensen (Sue) of Blind River, the late Nancy in 2013 (Bert), the late Freddy 1945 and the late Allen 1954. Dear grandmother of Dirk, Jennie, Tanya (Marvin), Freddy (Melissa), Stacey-Lynn and great grandmother of Jesse, Emily, DJ and Ava. Dear sister of Jens Lamour (Bea), Edie Frettini (late Orlando), Jean Tull (late John), Louise Midgett (late Jack), June Lamour and the late Paul Lamour (late Minnie), late Margaret Linzon (late Al), late Yvonne Marks (late Stan), late Peter Lamour (Rhea) and the late David Lamour (Barbara). Mary will always hold a special place in her nephew Timothy`s (Suzanne) heart and will be fondly remembered by her many nephew and nieces. Friends will be received at the Menard Funeral Home in Blind River on Friday, May 9 2014 from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 11:00 am from the Immanuel Baptist Church with interment in Hillside Cemetery, Blind River. Memorial contributions to the Golden Birches Terrace of the Immanuel Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
