Fahrer, Bud
Passed away peacefully with family by his side at his home in Thessalon on Thursday August 24, 2017 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of the late Sophia Fahrer. Loving father of Dwayne ( Donna ) of Thessalon, Theresa ( Jamas ) of Saskatoon, Thomas of Thessalon, Darin ( Jackie ) of Thessalon, and Lyle ( Tonya ) of Thessalon. Loving Grandfather to Alicia, Dylan, Whitney, Michael, Patrina, Lyle, Anthony, Austin, Jaelynn, Josh and Jake. Loving Great Grandfather to Jude and Jace. Dear son of the late Reginald and Mary Fahrer. Dear brother of Kaye Falls ( late Lorne ) of Saskatoon, the late Janet Fahrer ( Cam ), Judy Jones ( George ) of Sault Ste. Marie and Susan Ramsay ( James ) of Sault Ste. Marie. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Bud was born on Cockburn Island, Ontario. He worked for over 40 years for KVP which became EB Eddy which later became Domtar. Bud enjoyed fishing, hunting, darts, baking, and watching baseball. A friend, a caregiver and helping hand and a giving father for many. He was well liked and respected by his friends and co-workers. The family would like to send a special thanks to Amy Shoust for the wonderful care and laughs given to Bud in his final months. Friends may call at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon, Ontario on Sunday August 27, 2017 from 6 to 9pm. Funeral service at the funeral home on Monday August 28m 2017 at 10am with Claranne McFarling officiating. Interment in Sunset Cemetery, Dean Lake, Ontario.
