MacIver, Don
August 28, 1966 – August 24, 2017
It is with deep sorrow that Bud and Yolande MacIver announce the sudden passing of their beloved youngest son.
Dear brother to Glenna (Claude), Wayne and Danny (Kristine). Proud uncle to Jean-Pierre (Theresa), Monik, Stephanie (Jason), Tyler and Koty (Brenna). Great-uncle to Taylor and Jordan.
Don spent his final days doing what he enjoyed most - fishing and camping with the love of his life, Trish Torrance. He will also be fondly remembered by her children Breanne, Connor, Ciara and Chelsey.
Fun and outgoing, kind and thoughtful, Don will be greatly missed and always in the hearts of his many friends including those of Mississauga First Nation.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to, Bev Gauthier, Pete Descoteaux and Brooke Showan for all their help. A special thank you to his dear friend Steve Burgess for his assistance.
A Celebration of Don’s Life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Mississauga First Nation Sports Complex from 2 to 4 p.m. If desired, the family appreciates donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
