After a long and full life, with her Granddaughter by her side at Golden Birches Terrace, Blind River on Saturday March 19, 2016. Myrtle Jones in her 98th year. Loving mother of David McClary ( Christine ) of Marathon and The Late Conley Jones ( Jacqueline ). Special Grandmother to Paul and Jessica McClary and Rhonda DeGraw and Great Grandmother to Joseph, Connor, Jennifer, Jacob, Justin and Taylor. Dear daughter of The Late James and Annie Jones. Predeceased by her brother Edward and sisters Laurie and Rita. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Myrtle will always be remembered for her beautiful gardens in which she took great pride. Friends may call at the Menard Funeral Home, Blind River on Tuesday March 22, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Mass at St James The Greater Catholic Church on Wednesday March 23, 2016 at 11am. Spring interment in Hillside Cemetery, Blind River. Donations to Golden Birches Residents Council gratefully accepted. Special thanks to the Drs and staff of Golden Birches for the wonderful care that Myrtle has received over her years there.
